Frequently asked questions

What exactly is Premiumorph?
A trading terminal for Finmorph premium members. It bundles market research, IDX smart-money (bandar) tracking, a strategy builder with backtesting, an automated scheduler that scans and sends signals to your Telegram, and a full trading journal — for both crypto and Indonesian/US stocks.
Is any of this financial advice?
No. Every score, signal, and screening result is a research aid based on public data and heuristics. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell, and none of it guarantees a profit. You are responsible for your own decisions and risk.
Where does the data come from?
Crypto prices come from Binance's public API. Stock prices and fundamentals come from Yahoo Finance. Indonesian broker-summary (bandar) data comes from IndexAlpha. Economic news blends Forex Factory and Financial Juice. Some data can be delayed (stocks typically ~15 minutes; broker data is end-of-day).
How do the automated signals work?
When you save a strategy, the scheduler runs it on its own on a recurring basis. If a coin newly matches your conditions, you get a Telegram message with a full plan (entry, stop-loss, take-profit, and direction). Each signal is also tracked as a paper trade and written to your Journal once it hits TP or SL.
How do I receive alerts on Telegram?
Open Profile in the top-right, tap Link Telegram, and start the bot via the deep link. Once linked, strategy signals, price alerts, and (for premium groups) smart-money alerts arrive automatically. You can create up to 5 active price alerts.
Does it cover both crypto and stocks?
Yes. Research, alerts, journaling, and the calculator work across crypto and stocks. The automated scheduler currently sends crypto signals; the Smart Money (bandar) suite is IDX-only because it relies on Indonesian broker data. US coverage is the S&P 500 dashboard and fundamentals.
What's free versus premium?
Research is fully free on the public Free Tools page — stock & crypto fundamentals, compare, news with impact, IDX, heatmap, and a strategy wiki. The premium terminal adds the scheduler, personal price & smart-money alerts, the journal + analytics, multi-coin screening, saved strategies, and Telegram signals.
How is "smart money" versus "retail" decided?
It's an approximation of bandarmology: foreign investment banks and local institutions are treated as smart money; online/app brokers and retail banks as retail. It is an indication of broker concentration, not a certainty — foreign ownership alone does not equal smart money.
My screen is blank / a section is missing — why?
Most panels load their data only when you open the tab. If a section stays empty, it usually means the upstream source is temporarily unavailable or rate-limited — the app degrades gracefully and hides that section rather than breaking. Try Refresh, or come back shortly.
How do I subscribe or renew?
Membership is handled through Finmorph. Renewals add to whatever time you have left. When a subscription lapses, terminal access closes automatically. Your current expiry date is shown next to your name in the header.
